We love efficiency. It’s in our nature. Whether it’s cutting down on unnecessary meetings, reorganizing a workflow, or tweaking a system to run smoother, the idea of optimization is appealing. All the more with this age of AI and automation, it opens the door of potential!

But sometimes, we need to hold that thought for a moment.

Not every inefficiency is worth fixing, or at least not yet. And some, if changed too early or without full understanding, can create bigger problems than the ones we were trying to solve.
