Finding Your Voice: How to Speak Up for Yourself

Assalamualaikum w.b.t and greetings.
First and foremost, I would like to wish a blessed Ramadhan to all my fellow muslim brothers and sisters. May Allah s.w.t. accepts our good deeds and forgive our sins. I’m taking this opportunity again to apologies for all of my shortcomings and mistakes I may or may not have done to you.
With that, let’s get started.
There comes a time in our career, or even in life, when we realize that staying silent is no longer an option. Maybe it’s in a meeting where your ideas are overlooked.
Maybe it’s during a performance review when you know you deserve better. Or maybe it’s simply in daily interactions where people assume too much and you’re left feeling unheard.
Speaking up for yourself is not about being loud, aggressive, or confrontational. It’s about asserting your worth, setting boundaries, and ensuring that your contributions are valued. And yet, for many of us, this is easier said than done.
